ASKING THE RIGHT QUESTIONS

We ask the right questions in order to identify key issues in terms of safety and application of existing devices. How do I create a secure anchorage point? How do I attach it to the support structure? How do I use it?

CONCEIVING

We conceive a product capable of solving the detected problem and meeting all the identified needs.

DESIGNING

We design the product so as to make it efficient and safe for its intended use. Our goal is to materialise the answer in a tangible object.

PROTOTYPING

Prototyping by transforming raw materials into products.

CERTIFYING

We certify the product by means of laboratory tests. From analytical evaluation to detection of product behaviour in load tests.

INDUSTRIALISING

Industrialising production means preparing for the possibility of supplying a product with the same characteristics over time and in sufficient quantity to satisfy the market.

DOCUMENTING

We draw up the documentation that goes with the product for placing it on the market and enable all users in the sector to make the most of the product's characteristics.

GUARANTEEING QUALITY

We guarantee continuous quality control on each product placed on the market. This means periodic laboratory tests, instruction for function tests and application verification to be carried out periodically on the product for continued safety.

MANUFACTURING

Not only do we design, but we manufacture as well: this allows us to produce structural anchors (posts or supports) with different applications, shapes and materials, whilst maintaining the highest standard of quality.

Upon request, we design and produce exclusive fall protection product lines and solutions, customised to your requirements and branded with your own brand name or trademark.

As a guarantee of the highest quality of our products, in addition to operating under a quality regime, we subject our products to strict periodic quality control tests in our test lab and undergo civil liability insurance policy on our products with a leading insurance company: HELVETIA.
